He noted that the investigation is carried out in accordance with ICAO international standards, and authorized representatives of Azerbaijan, Russia and Brazil were involved in the work. "We have nothing to hide. We are for an objective, transparent and transparent investigation, Abayev told RIA Novosti. The ambassador also noted that the report published by the Ministry of Transport of Kazakhstan is preliminary and does not identify the perpetrators. According to him, the final conclusions are planned to be submitted by December 2025, which meets the requirements of ICAO. Abayev added that the organization highly appreciated the level of preparation of the preliminary report. The plane crash in Aktau occurred on December 25, 2024. The plane of Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) was flying from Baku to Grozny and crashed near Aktau in western Kazakhstan. On board were 67 people, of whom, according to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan, 29 survived, including 9 Russians.
