Cars of the new Russian brand Tenet will be made in Kaluga

The company announced that new Tenet cars will soon appear on the roads of the country in February this year. Then automotive experts expressed the opinion that the basis of the novelty is taken crossover Chery Tiggo 7 with a 1.5-liter engine, which works with a 7-speed robot. It was reported that the new car has a wide grille and narrow headlights. The technology partner is Defetoo, the report said. At the first stage, the production of cars at the plant in Kaluga will be organized by the method of large-assembly, simultaneously with which work will be carried out to prepare for the transition to full-cycle production. The launch of small-knot assembly is scheduled for the third quarter of 2025.
