In each district, flood control commissions should be created and appropriate measures developed, said Vladislav Dauev, head of the Caucasian Department of Rostekhnadzor. He also said that the republic is working to bring hydraulic structures in a technically sound condition, provides a financial reserve for the prevention and elimination of emergency situations and the necessary special equipment for priority measures in the event of floods.
