Various support measures are provided for college students, including scholarships and bonuses up to 100,000 rubles. “For children from the indigenous peoples of the North, 75 certificates for secondary vocational education are available annually. Beneficiary students receive an electronic certificate with a nominal value of 30.5 thousand rubles for accommodation, meals, seasonal clothes and a monthly scholarship, the Department of Education of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug reports.
