📝 Summary
In Moscow detained a man who several times shot his friend in the car. A criminal case has been opened.
This is reported by GSU SK in Moscow. It is noted that a criminal case was initiated under part 3 of article 30, part 1 of article 105 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation (“attempted murder”) and part 1 of article 222 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation (“illegal trafficking of firearms”). According to the investigation, the incident occurred near a residential building on the street Upper Fields in Moscow on March 3, 2025. The defendant, being in the cabin of the car, shot several times at his friend from a converted pistol. The victim managed to get out of the car. He was taken to a hospital. Investigative actions are currently being carried out with the defendant. He will be charged and put on trial.
