According to the state corporation, their serial production is planned to start in 2023. This equipment can be used both in civil products and in special purpose equipment. According to the report, as part of the initiative development work, engineers of the Omsk Research Institute of Instrument Engineering, part of Roselectronics, created samples of antennas for receiving signals from GPS and GLONASS systems. General Director of the Omsk Research Institute of Instrument Engineering, Vladimir Berezovsky, noted that the use of new high-tech and circuitry solutions allowed to create domestic equipment that is not inferior to foreign models. In the current situation, such developments are necessary to ensure the technological sovereignty of the country.
