The Ministry of Culture, the Russian Museum and Gazprom signed an agreement on the development of a national restoration school. Among the main projects are the creation of a single inter-museum research center and the development of workshops in different regions of the country. One of the tasks is to educate a new generation of specialists. The agreement provides for the development of a system of internships for senior students of universities and colleges under the guidance of qualified mentors. Attention was paid to the development of the volunteer movement and the involvement of everyone to the restoration business.
