The crew of the frigate "Admiral of the fleet Kasatonov" conducted training on the protection of maritime interests of Russia in the Arctic. After leaving the zone of radiation contamination, the personnel performed radiation reconnaissance and treated the ship surfaces. A number of servicemen of the frigate "Admiral of the fleet Kasatonov" took part in a special military operation, have experience in conducting modern combat and use it during combat training on the ship. The training on the protection of Russia’s maritime interests in the Arctic showed the high level of training of the frigate’s crew and its readiness to fulfill all the tasks set. The firing was carried out in the training ranges of the Northern Fleet in the Barents Sea.
