The Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg arrested Viktor Stepanov for a day for a sticker on a car that depicted the symbols of a terrorist organization banned in the territory of the Russian Federation.
On bringing St. Petersburg to administrative responsibility reported the joint press service of the courts of the city. On March 4, the district police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs found a Hyundai ix35 car parked on Shuvalovsky Avenue in St. Petersburg. On the car was a sticker and an image of the flag, which is the official symbol of the Ukrainian organization "Legion "Freedom of Russia" (banned in Russia). Stepanov pleaded guilty and confirmed that the car belongs to him. The court appointed Stepanov administrative arrest for a day with the confiscation of stickers with prohibited symbols. The term of serving the arrest was set off from the moment of detention of the offender, so the court recognized the sentence fully served.
