He noted that Western opponents are still shocked by the adoption of the resolution, which does not contain accusations against Russia and does not mention the issue of borders of Ukraine. “In fact, the UN supported the Russian-American efforts to resolve the Ukrainian crisis, and I think that now our bilateral talks should receive an additional impetus,” Polyansky said. The resolution was supported by 10 countries, including Russia. Voting on the document took place on February 24.
