At the same time, according to the updated macroeconomic forecast of the Ministry of Economic Development, wage growth in the Russian Federation in 2024 was forecast at 9.2%. According to Rosstat, the average monthly salary in Russia in nominal terms in December 2024 amounted to 128 thousand 665 rubles: the figure increased by 21.9% compared to December 2023. On average, last year, wages kept at the level of 87 thousand 952 rubles a month, an increase of 18.3% in nominal terms. According to the preliminary estimate of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the growth of real wages in Russia in 2025 is expected at 7.0%, in 2026 - 5.7%, in 2027 - 4.1%. Earlier it was reported that by the end of 2024, the average salary in Russia exceeded 100 thousand rubles in 11 subjects of the federation, a year earlier, this was recorded only in nine regions. At the same time, according to the Unified Interdepartmental Information and Statistical System (EMISS), over 12 months, wages have increased in all regions of the country.
