The Ural students who were trying to harass the girls had previously recorded videos of abuse towards people.

Among the victims was a 19-year-old friend of the accused. He was guilty before the gang because the police found a video on his phone exposing the criminals. "Preliminarily, he was stopped by inspectors on the road and taken to the department. There, the officers checked the guy's phone and found a video of the humiliation of other people," the message says. For inadvertently passing evidence against the gang to the police, the guy himself was beaten at the car wash. Two other teenagers were also beaten there in December of last year. The incident occurred on January 3rd. Three guys dragged two female students into a car and brought them to a car wash in Kamensk-Uralsky. There, the suspects abused the girls, filming it all because one of them did not want to communicate with one of the attackers. The gang members are charged with three articles - "Hooliganism", "Kidnapping", "Coercion to actions of a sexual nature". The gang leader has been sent to pre-trial detention. The Investigative Committee is conducting an investigation into the inaction of law enforcement agencies: the police detained the perpetrators only a month and a half after the incident.
