According to the investigation, in August 2023, the future defendant in the investigation ordered his subordinates to hand over more than 30 grapples as scrap (a load-grabbing device for lifting cranes), without having legal grounds for this. "As a result of these illegal actions, the legal entity suffered damage in the amount of more than 28 million rubles," the ministry said. Law enforcers establish the circumstances of the crime.
