She said that the case was initiated in accordance with paragraph "a" of the second part of article 282 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation. Earlier, the head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin initiated an inspection for possible violation of the rights of citizens of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Abkhazia. The unstable political situation in Abkhazia does not guarantee Russian tourists a safe holiday.
