More than a hundred Aramil families may soon be left without sewers

At the meeting of homeowners, various options for getting out of a very difficult situation are considered. The fact is that their house, which is home to 129 families, is not connected to centralized communications and all the waste goes to the cesspool. To empty it, you have to constantly order drainers, which, of course, costs people a penny, but this is only the tip of the communal iceberg. Now all the drains go to the only cesspool, which is located on the site of a local entrepreneur. But recently, the owner warned residents that he intends to fall asleep. And now people are afraid that all the sewage will begin to pour directly into the yard of their house. People have already appealed to all authorities, but all the answers boil down to the fact that the engineering networks of the house belong to the residents, and therefore the costs of their maintenance should be borne by them. Having lost all hope, people even wrote about their problem on a direct line with the president. After that, activists of the Popular Front joined in its decision. The city administration confirmed that the costs of the septic tank, if the residents themselves decide so, will indeed fall on the shoulders of the owners. But there is another, absolutely not expensive option - to dissociate in your property a plot of land on which the cesspool is located. So the chairman of the HOA and all the other residents had only to choose the appropriate option at the general meeting and contact the administration with a protocol.
