According to her, the purpose of the bill on testing migrant children is not only to identify those who do not speak the language at the proper level. “It is necessary to properly organize the process of their linguistic and socio-cultural adaptation, to create special conditions for this. Therefore, we paid attention to the fact that the subjects were organized and training of teachers, and appropriate courses, possibly at school. If there are not so many children, then it can be inter-school courses, she said. In this context, parents who move to Russia should take into account this mandatory educational moment. We are talking about responsible parenthood, those who understand in advance that they are moving to the Russian Federation. Moreover, there are opportunities for training on the ground – Russian schools abroad, the project “Russian Teacher Abroad”, where there is an opportunity to prepare a child in advance, teach the Russian language, so that upon arrival in Russia he does not experience difficulties when entering school, and most importantly, when mastering the school curriculum, she said. Earlier, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia made changes to the procedure for the deportation of minor foreign citizens. The new rules are in effect from February 5, 2025.
