The Tver court of Moscow registered an appeal of the former general director of the capital prosthetic and orthopedic enterprise Bidzin Khubutia against the decision to elect him a preventive measure in the form of detention. The Tver court of Moscow registered an appeal of the former general director of the capital prosthetic and orthopedic enterprise Bidzin Khubutia against the decision to elect him a preventive measure in the form of detention. The man is accused of fraud on an especially large scale when executing a contract for the supply of specialized robotic complexes.
Earlier it became known that in the framework of the criminal case of fraud, the head of the prosthetic and orthopedic enterprise Hubutia, a representative of the Hungarian company Sendix comsulting kft Bobylin and an intermediary in the Vashchenko criminal scheme were detained. Khubutia and Vashchenko were sent to jail, Bobylin was put under house arrest. “The court registered the appeal of B. N. Khubutia against the decision to elect him a preventive measure in the form of detention,” the court said. According to the investigation, the Moscow company in 2022 signed a contract with a Hungarian company, which transferred 685 thousand euros. However, as a result, the companies, referring to export sanctions with the help of an additional agreement, entrusted the supply of complexes to a company from Turkey, which also received funds.
