📝 Summary

As part of the project to organize railway entrances to the port, the construction of a 46-kilometer highway is planned

At the station "Lavna" specialists mount a rail-sleeved cloth and install arrow mechanisms. At the same time, metal structures for the transport security control center are being assembled at the Vyshdnoy station. This is reported by GTRK "Murman" with reference to FKU "Rostransmodernization". At the Murmashi-2 facility, the foundations for the track distance repair and maintenance complex are being laid. At the same time, finishing works are being carried out in the buildings of the checkpoints of the Lavna and Vydnaya stations. As part of the project to organize railway entrances to the port of Lavna, it is planned to build a 46-kilometer highway, build 11 engineering structures and two power supply substations. Recall that the project of the Murmansk transport hub includes the development of infrastructure on the west coast of the Kola Bay: the construction of coal and oil terminals, as well as the railway line "Outdoor - Lavna". The key objective of the initiative is the formation of a year-round deep-water port cluster, which will become part of the global North-South transport route for large-capacity cargo transportation.
