The latter, with the help of the resources given to him, assisted Lazarev in cashing out money from the Eastern Shipyard. In relation to the defendant, a criminal case was opened under the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on the illegal turnover of means of payment. Currently, the case with the approved indictment has been sent to the court for consideration on the merits. Members of the criminal group are suspected of embezzling more than 6 million rubles from the state defense order funds allocated by Vostochnaya Verf JSC, one of the main shareholders of which is Gennady Lazarev. Also, according to the investigation, he with nine accomplices stole 16 objects of state property and defrauded received money from VSUES students received on the budget.
