In addition, insurance companies can increase their productivity by an average of 30% by automating claims processing and settling losses, and automating HR tasks will reduce the workload on staff by 23%. The introduction of artificial intelligence technologies will reduce business operating costs by 15-30% due to the automation of routine processes, said Yaroslav Seliverstov, head of the AI research department at the University 2035, whose opinion is cited by Vedomosti. He added that the exact figures depend on both the scale of implementation and the industry: for example, the effect in the retail sector will be more noticeable than in the creative industries. According to forecasts, more than 60% of Russian enterprises will use AI in solving routine tasks by 2025-2027. Optimization through AI is justified for routine, but requires quality control. The introduction of AI reduces the cost of PHOT and the cost of errors, but increases the CAPEX business, Silverstov said. In his opinion, small businesses will need to spend from 1 million rubles to implement such solutions, corporations – up to tens of millions, but this will pay off in 1-3 years.
